Haven't really been running like I ought to, no real miles since...fall 2009...I think. Anyhow, I'm from Hurricane, Utah, and I'm going to school at Snow College-Richfield to get certified for Auto Mechanics, just about done with my first semester. I'm starting training to run the 400 and 800 in the Utah Summer Games and get myself back in shape.

Race went pretty well today. Flat grass course, used my DI spikes, old Nike MD IIIs. They worked very well, probably saved my bacon the last 200 or so. Started out too fast, 5:57 1st mile, 6:23 2nd mile, 6:40 3rd mile.

Good job on your race. Looks like you were out in my neighborhood the other day. (La Verkin) I live right in the area where they were running the race. Hope your season is going good.

Actually, that race was at Maple Mountain High in Spanish Fork. I barely missed the LaVerkin race, but thanks.
