First run in my new Kinvara 3's! Felt pretty good, although Hayden wasn't kidding when he said that I would be sore in muscles I didn't know I had while transitioning from my old Pegasus 25's. Anyhow, I'm sure I will have a fantastic next 500 miles when my shoes and feet get used to each other. We did 3 little loops today, the 1K, 2K, and 3K portions of the Fair Run relay. I was able to keep in good contact with the fastest kids on the team, although I was more tired than I think I should have been, probably due to getting used to the new shoes.
