Distance today with the XC team (running with them every morning now). Ran up to Hurricane Elementary, across to the middle school, then back to the high school. Tried keeping up with the faster guys, couldn't quite do it but still set a pretty quick pace and beat most of the kids who ran 2 miles back to the school. The first 4-miler said that he finished in about 18 minutes but it didn't feel that fast. |
